I love MT and I love the pay I am making. I feel I am at the top of my game right now, and that is why I am leaving when I finish my education. I've studied in various areas and have contemplated which direction to take, but I love the HIM industry and so I am going in that direction. I'm not sure exactly what I will do in the industry, but I hope to make changes at some level. I hope to get another 2-5 years out of MT and then I'm finished. I'm so sad about it, it's like losing an old friend, but I think the time has come.
