I occasionally bathed with my children when they were babies only because it was easier on my bad back than to kneel on the floor and lean over the tub and shower surround.  They were all heavy little pork chops, and I'm not that big to try to support a wriggly baby or toddler while leaning over.  Once they hit the age of curiosity, 18-24 months, that stopped.  You can't be too careful in this day and age with the possibility that your kids will be taken away from you if anyone even accuses you of abuse.  Besides, you never know what people do behind closed doors, even people you love and trust.  You would never forgive yourself if something happened to your daughter.
