I have recently been through this myself. It only lasted 6 months for me before I was sure I smelled a rat and got out of there.
You have done this a long time. I don't know about you, but my body now tells me when I have typed 1000, I mean I just KNOW when I have done this. I have known when I was at a certain point with lines for a long while now. I had a job where I knew they were not shorting me lines. I think they were honest. My most recent setup...well I believe they are honest too. I know exactly when I have hit my 1200 line minimum and it is consistent.
The job I quit because I think they were manipulating line count, it didn't matter how much I worked I would not reach 1000 lines and my body still told me when it should have been the case.
GREED is the word. MT has always worked on slim profit margins if, in fact, there is any profit for the MTSO.
I truly believe there are honest companies out there, but I am not sure who they all are.
