Appreciation for time spent on providing feedback. I'm sure many others can attest to having one particular MT who made the same mistakes over and over. I always had to put a smile on my face while doing her reports. I would get so frustrated because I sent her the same feedback over and over.
That person aside, I did appreciate just a little "thanks for the feedback. I'll make note of this" or even if they wanted to question any of the feedback, I was always open to hear their comments.
