 That some of these hospitals who had been "online" with their dictation the past couple of years haven't realized what a great opportunity they have to run their own virtual transcription departments now that they know how it works.  There's a vast amount of talent out here they can draw upon with no distance boundaries with the ability to control the quality they receive back.  They also would not necessarily have to provide equipment, only software.  I'm honestly surprised the hospitals are not checking out this route.

 It sort of surprises me when we get in an uproar about our initials
 on a document when we think we are so right, but are not as concerned when QA  fixes it when we were wrong and sent it in with our initials.  I would just worry about doing the best you can and let the rest take care of itself. ((hugs))
