She is getting paid to do the same job you are and it isn't fair she should pick and choose not to type those ESLs. I work for a large hospital at home. We have coordinators who rotate call and have the equipment at home to monitor the job activity. We can't pick and choose.... you will definitely get caught, and if you do pick and choose, they just assign the jobs to you. We have tons of ESL docs.
