I don't know if everyone would like crab on crackers, but here is a quick recipe just in case.

1 package of Louis Kemp crab

1 small tub of cream cheese

3 to 4 green onions (using the whole stalk)

In a food processor, chop the crab and onions, mix in the cream cheese, and chill overnight.  Serve with any kind of crackers.
