Calcium supplement
How about Plaquenil? I work a rheumatology account, and they frequently use this for supplement. See info. below.

PLAQUENIL (hydroxychloroquine sulfate) tablets contain 200 mg hydroxychloroquine sulfate, equivalent to 155 mg base, and are for oral administration.

Inactive Ingredients: Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Polyethylene glycol 400, Polysorbate 80, Starch, Titanium Dioxide.

Calcium + magnesium and Vitamin D
Muscles require these nutrients. Essential for heart muscle. Fatigue and inadequate mineral intake especially if you're a soda pop/caffeine drinker and meat eater -- all deplete the bones of calcium and when that happens, the body takes what it needs from other sources.
Minimum daily requirement for women is 1200mg/day. Calcium ought to be in a citrate, maleate or asporotate form (higly absorbable). Excellent combination to help get good restful sleep without sleeping pills, etc. AND to combat restless legs.
