58yo female Florida. Been in MT 30 years - never realized there was contention about who was better. I believe MT is a talent - you can either do the job or you can't. Talent knows no gender.

They advertised in every state, starting in the fall. Our tests in central Illinois took place in Feb., and now they're calling people who passed the test and are available to work.  Click on the link, then locate the branch nearest you, make the phone call, and ask how/if you can still apply.  I'm sure you can, as the official startup day isn't until Apr. 1.  (April Fool's Day...ha!)  Also on the webpage you'll find a sample test.  Study that test, because it's almost word for word the same as the actual test.  You can print out the forms and fill them out at home, but you'll have to go to their local office to take the test.  You can do it!  I wish you the best!
