That is sad. She stood by him for 10 years and now could start living her life and this happens. Some times life can be so cruel. I feel so sorry for her son.

Dana Reeves Dies at age 44
They just announced on the Today Show that Dana Reeves, Christopher's widow passed away at the young age of 44 from lung cancer. She was just diagnosed with this disease 6 months ago. She never smoked a day in her life. She leaves a 15-year-old son. How sad is this. She worked so hard caring for her paralyzed husband and active in brain stem research to fine a cure. Our prayers are with her young son who now is without both parents. A sad day indeed. The Today Show is going to have a tribute to her later this morning just FYI

Keanu is the son of Samuel Nowlin Reeves and his mother's name is Patricia.

point being, a GREAT lady died this week, Dana Reeve........whether we spelled Reeve or Reeves is truly INSIGNIFICANT and the other poster's priorities seem all fubar'd.....messed (not real word-substitute word you THINK should go there *LOL*) up beyond all repair........
Just heard on the news that Dana Reeve (Christopher Reeve's widow) has cancer. That's so sad.
