We took care of my father-in-law when he was dying with cancer and when he died he left his entire 350,000 estate and 2 homes to his ex wife. My husband got a 15 year old pickup truck. I took care of my grandfather, took off work to drive him to appointments and such, and when he died he left everything to his wife who turned it over to her son, in his 40s, who has never worked a day in his life, big time drinker and drug user. There is no justice.
