You could type in the report *doctor yawns here* *doctor talks to nurse here* *doctor passes underneath bridge and loses sound here* and *doctor speaks directly into armpit here* rather than leaving QA's all the time? QA's count against us anyways, and maybe eventually will lead to pay cut. This is just so the doctors know what they're doing to us, and maybe they will speak clearer, since our supervisors have no mercy on us. Its not our fault when we can't understand the doc after he shoves a whole bag of potato chips in his mouth and then garbles a dictation.
