end of day squish

Anybody else out there feel squished by the end of the day from where your bra hits and then your waistband of your jeans or pants hits. I know I am 10 to 15 pounds overweight but by the end of the day I feel so squished I feel like the peanut butter or jam oozing out of the sandwich. Oh well onto my last tape and then can get around to feeling unsquished. Hope everyone had a good Tuesday, sunshine out here in Oregon.
