fax problems

I have been using efax for a while to receive my 2 faxes a month (pay stubs). Recently, they disabled my account demanding that I upgrade to support my "heavy use". I tried to straighten this out but to no luck. Every response I got was to give them money. I can't justify the expense for 2 faxes. I tried faxdigits but everytime they send me a link to confirm, it doesn't work. HELP! Is there anything else out there? I need my paystubs, as there have been mistakes with my paycheck before and I need to double check each time.
