have a question about

I have been using Zanaflex, two 4-mg tablets each night (prescribed for prevention of migraines by my neurologist) for the past 6 months.  I have done fine with this medication up until 2 nights ago, when it started making me feel weird.  I am taking it at the same time I always do, but night before last and last night, when it started taking effect, I began to feel out of sorts, as in, like in a dream state, only fully awake and alert, but feeling like I'm somewhere else in another time.  I know it sounds crazy, and it IS really bizarre.  I have never, ever experienced anything like this in my life.  I am wondering if anyone else has had any side effects anything like this, and if so, would you please tell me that I'm not going crazy?  I don't want to take it anymore as I'm now afraid of it.  But I first wanted to hear from some others who've hopefully had similar effects.  Haven't called my doctor to report the side effects yet either, but will do so tomorrow.  Thank you for any input.
