1) Your insurance company should provide you with a list of physicians either in the insurance packet or have a website to help you find one.
2) Every state has it's state medical licensing body.
Hint: Look it up on Google. Use search words in quotes, without spaces in between them, with the plus sign between them. Search words would include your state you live in and the words medical society.
