help for frantic mom

This is my second week working at home for the hospital that I work for. I love it and am grateful for the opportunity, but there are a couple of hours a during the day when I am working and my kids are up. They are 21/2 and 10 months. Please give me some tips on what other mother's have done to keep them busy and still be productive at work!!!!

don't worry about frantic people who try to make a point by calling names.
They are immediate losers when it comes down to winning any sort of valid logical argument and you can see this person is a LOSER because they did not mention any companies to support their argument and instead lashed out at you. HOW SMART IS THAT?
