The pain is in for continued pelvic pain, pelvic adhesions, and enlarged uterus.  Old either PID, endometriosis, entrapped s/l **left fallopian** tube.  Her breast exam is negative.  There are no changes.  Mammogram was ordered; her last one was in 2006.  She is gravida 2, para 2, AB 0.

OBJECTIVE:  PELVIC:  Shows a marital introitus.  Her cervix is not s/l *enlarged*.  The uterus is positive on the left side.  Lots of adhesions.  Will consider a TAH and left s/l *S&O*, possibly preserving the right ovary.

Would my s/l make sense?  thanks for your help, am very new to ob/gyn, and the dr is quite the mumbler, thanks
