In Reply to: Aruba is a foreign country. Their laws - yeah but

So you are saying that in Aruba, they cannot go forward with a murder case if there is no body.  A case cannot be made based on circumstantial evidence without a body?  Also, I understand that laws differ from country to country.  I have lived in other countries and I know this.  My post was not based on what the laws are.  I am saying that the father knows something is going on with his son.  He is relying on the laws or lack there of in Aruba to get his son off, knowing there is some kind of evidence pointing at his son.  There may not be enough proof to prosecute his son legally, but he knows that there is some kind of proof his son knows something and he is not encouraging his son to be truthful.  That is what I am saying.
