Sometimes I am absolutely certain that someone must be directing all the *bad* dictators to me - can any large hospital have THAT many really awful ones?

The percentage of good - normal - dictations I have is less than 10%. (I keep track) Is that usual? As you can tell, I'm fairly new, but I am getting these awful suspicions....
