Run, Toto, RUN!
Oh, my dear young lady, please I beg of you, get OUT of this field before you even get in.  It requires dedication and due diligence to bring yourself to the level of an expert, whereby you can do all (most all) account with ease and have a level of expertise that few can rival.  And yet, for all of your hard work, you will receive very little respect within the medical community.  In fact, many, many of the very doctors that your transcribe for will look upon you with disdain.  (I kid you not.) As well, your income level will NEVER match your level of expertise, unless you are willing to put in 12-hour days for it.  Do it all over again?   NOT IN A MILLION YEARS.  Good luck to you.
