for awhile i would get the cushions from the walmart craft section for making chairs...4 squares of foam, pretty cheap and put them in my chair and cover with a throw...worked well for awhile but then got flat...my mom just gave me a gel seat cushion and its not bad...just also flat already (faster than the foam)...i have a ball sitting right beside me here but never thought to try it...think that is next ;)
