When I worked at TL in the late 1990's, there was a lady who consistently, on an extremely hard teaching hospital account, got 26-2800 lines a day. We clocked her at 120 gwam. It that time, I was clocked at 90 gwam. That, I guess has something to do with it. And, that was on the old IBM 280 computers.
