I've been an MT for 25 years and make the same thing I did 15 years ago. Everything has sky-rocketed in price and all I can do is type 7 days a week struggling to keep up.
Transcription companies want to treat us as TYPISTS with total disregard for the years it's taken to hone this knowledge!
