My experience with the office workers at MQ, not one of them I have come across were ever transcriptionists, so they have no idea what it is all about or how easy radiology really is. The office workers, from what I have observed, start off as clerks and then get promotions left and right until they are *managing* the transcriptionists. They need to realize, we are the money makers and if it wasnt for the transcriptionists, they would not have a job.
