okay, first, kids need structure and routine. you need to calm down, make a plan with a full day of "routine" activity and repeat it everyday until he gets the idea, and this may take awhile, but the main thing is stick to it. kids need structure. as far as dicipline, have one way to do it, and stick to it. he needs to learn that if he does something wrong, this will definitely happen; and yeah, i'm sure he does get a thrill seeing you and baby get upset. Do this calmly and be absolute about it. if he acts up, sit him on a chair facing the wall. if he screams, go outside. if he gets off, put him back, and you may have to do this 30+ times, but he will eventually get the idea. if he acts up at the mall, leave, and let him know that the next time you are going to the mall, he is not, and then go without him, and let him know you are going without him because... main thing is, repeat, repeat and repeat some more. let him know you are the boss, and he definitely is not.
