What is your point? That well-founded reasons for leaving a company should not be posted? That they should be posted with kid gloves? That the readers of these critical posts aren't saying, Thanks for the warning! but rather are saying, Where can I sign up? Your logic smells of something foul. You sound like damage control. The percentage of people that would do exactly as you have described (jump to sign up with a company that has been flamed) and turn out to be great transcriptionists has got to be so small as to be unbelievable. At least, I don't believe you, at all.
