Recently been offered a QA position in-house with a local hospital.  Familiar with what I can make as an MT, have 9 years experience as an MT for a national doing acute care, just started at this hospital but they have now offered me a position in QA - saying they are pleased/impressed with my quality and "knowledge" - funny I still feel like I learn something every day!   Anyway, not sure how to feel about their offer for an hourly rate - would not be a raise from the MT work right now.  Any comments would be appreciated.  Just trying to get a general salary range here for hourly QA in-house work.  This is a mid/large hospital in the midwest if that helps also.  TIA
