ok---i need help

Advice from any of you PROS----I have been editing for three months now. I have 3 kids under 5-years-old and I can't seem to get a thing done. I feel like all I do is work (alittle her and a little there) between the kids and before I know it, it's 11pm.

How did any of you do this and stay home with the kids. PLEASE any advice will help---I am seriuosly thinking about going back to the office!
