I do need to spell check.  Okay, another question. What about headers.  Our doctors never  say HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS  or LAB I just know to put it there.  If the doc doesnt say it do I put it anyway?

  • What I did before was email and ask them -sm - mls
  • one more ? - ???
    • do not put anything they do not say - no message
  • type as said, and use spellcheck (sentence) - no message
