OneUpManship question
Although all MTs for my company work remotely, some of the MTs know each other's names for whatever the reason. One of those MTs really caused a lot of problems trying to start some trash with me and getting me to leave to the point where the account supe told us both either cut out the mess or the company would do something about it. I cut it out and then she was all like "oh, I only want to be helpful!" - ralph -
Fast forward a couple of months. Recently I get this nasty email and decide to change my email address to keep it from starting over. Today my account supe sends out an email to all the MTs on the account from this "kind" person. It was an email I sent to the company last FEBRUARY, was relayed to all the MTs working for that state and the training manuals were updated with the info. I forwarded a copy of my original email to my account supe. The difference is that the current supe wasn't there in February, so has no clue all the stuff I contributed to help QA, my coworkers and the company.
I'm getting so tired of this. If I leave, she wins. She was getting jealous because even though she had been there longer, I was becoming someone to take notice of and was biting into her cherry picking. The company and this person posts/monitors here. I like the company and I want to stay but I also don't want someone stealing my ideas/contributions or the recognition I deserve. On the other hand, they see the "good" side and don't have a clue what she is doing outside the door so to speak. I don't want to be caught up in a she said/she did thing either. 
Suggestions?

I don't know where you work or if you have ever heard of www.softscript.com, but it sounds like your skills would be greatly appreciated there. They are a smaller, warmer company. I doubt you'd find that kind of thing going on there the way you describe. They have a lot of pride for their nice company. Good people there. I'd get away from this girl/situation. It's only draining your energy and taking away the best part of you. Move on. Check out Softscript, if you have never heard of them before. You may really like it. Honest. They are a positive company. Good luck.
