I also have unlimited O/T in the b.s. Unit Secretary job ... so I can actually earn more than I did as an MT, in the end, plus keep up the MT skill at home and stick around the hospital. I hear nothing but sorrow and complaints from docs and social workers: "how could they do this? The temporary agency they're using gets a stat report back in 4-6 HOURS! H&Ps take days and days and days!
