pay cut

First time in my life, received an email along with all other employees to take a 1 cent per line pay decrease.  I have been doing medical transcription since 1982.  I have been turned down for a "raise" plenty times, but never told to take a decrease.  Bad timing on top of it, Holidays, minimal wage just going up to 6.95 per hour....
