In Reply to: I received a note from QA that I'd spelled the patient's name wrong - strangest thing

HIPAA regs forbid the use of pt's name in report. If mentioned, supposed to type "the patient is due for repeat injection of ......" Hospital told us if we used patient name, it was grounds for dismissal.
