I had one doc on Valentine's Day
Say "Happy Valentine's Day transcriptionist, hope you have a great day". Also another one who appologized when he sneezed, "I am so sorry transcriptionist, that was so rude." Nice to know they do think of us.
We don't DO Valentine's day - no big deal - DH says you should (sm)
treat each other special every day, not just one. I tend to agree. I told this to my son who is recently married, and he said he and his wife decided to skip it, maybe a card or something, cause he says he brings her flowers about once a month anyway. I never knew this!! What a great kid I have.

That's unfair. Everyone has a B-Day, but Mother's Day is made up. Ditto for Valentine's Day
