I have the same situation. I have 22 years experience at the same company in lots of different positions and levels, from entry level to supervisory level. This also is in the manufacturing environment. The company just shut down one day, no warning and I was out of a job. This happened in 2001, I have stayed home since with my kids. I currently am taking medical transcription at Andrews School and I need to go to work now to supplement our income. I have applied for about 100 entry level jobs at all hospitals in my area and because of my resume they say I am over qualified. Do I just leave all that experience off my resume? I'm lost at this point and don't know what to do. About ready to go to McDonalds.
