Perhaps we can aliken this to the pharmacist situation that I heard about a while ago, where he would not give out the morning-after pill to a customer, which of course was Rx'd by her doctor. It wasn't his decision to not fill that woman's Rx. He should have done the job requested of him and filled the Rx. It's your job to TX the report regardless of the content and/or how you feel about it.
