My husband and I are thinking of relocating from Arkansas to the Tampa-Clearwater-St. Petersburg area. What is like as far as cost of living, safety, and jobs? Could you rate the areas from best to worst in your opinion?

I have been reading so much on the web about these areas and checking out Craigslist, but it's hard to tell the truth from the Chamber of Commerce websites!

I do MT and manage a small clinic and my husband is the hotel/restaurant industry. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
