I am transcribing with headsets plugged into my speakers. Actually, I thought about it possibly being a shortage in the cord because I have gotten the headset cord "caught" in my keyboard tray. There are a few wires exposed. Maybe I'll try another headset and see if that helps. I also thought about having the iType program reinstalled but I don't believe my job thinks it would help. I'll give these things a try and check back in tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
