this is kinda what i was thinking. might suggest i listen to a recording during the godawful slow shifts. this company has been gr8 to work for, so would like to be a "team" player, but i sense a bad precedent here! shouldn't even technically have "shifts" but this is an ER STAT account, and i understand the need to have dependable staffing for this, so agreed to it.
will propose compensation - time to crunch numbers!
