I totally agree with the poster. It's a shame that people don't return phone calls, e-mails, etc. I have sent out many resumes with no replies. And when someone tells you they will send out paperwork and such and don't, what's a person to do then? Get over yourself and quit judging others who are not having good luck in the job department.
