the company that I stated above that was looking for IC said she didn't know if the work would be there at the hours I wanted and normally the work is there Tuesday through Friday and therefore ask people to work on those days and the majority of people work odd hours and are flexible. I had asked a few questions to the person that responded to my resume and afterwards she told me maybe an employee position is what I should get without even asking me what Iwas looking for. Ijust found it to be a complete turnoff and she has not responded to me since. I wasn't rude and I was just wanting to know what all they had to offer. I do have almost 11 years experience with a national. I was only asking basic questions. Geez.
