But why would the question come up to have a lawyer-learning judge father state no body no crime.  Obviously the boys were asking him for advice.  This crime was only a few days old when he stated that. It isnt like it was five weeks, like now.  So in all likelihood, a few days old you would think a body would be found.  To me, they asked because they wanted to know what would be the best way to not get charged with a murder and the father stated, no body, no crime.  They were not arrested for a week, gave them plenty of time to dispose of the body.  The ocean off of Aruba, the undercurrent pushes things out to sea, not back to shore like with Lacy Peterson.  So this unfortunate girl is probably way out in the sea now, especially if you put some weights on her.  So exactly what the father told them they did, no body, no crime
