If you can do about 200 lines per hour and you were getting $15.67 per hour, you would need to make 7.58 cents per line to break even.

To best answer your question, I would say the "average" these days is around 8 to 8.5, as sad as that is.

Some are offered more and some less. With your experience, you should at least be offered 8.5 (but you're probably worth more).

Keep in mind also that benefits with nationals are not nearly as good as with in-house positions, so whatever you are offered, the deal won't be as good as you had it.

So sorry to hear about your predicament. I don't envy you, now having to weed through all the nationals. Good luck anyhow!
