This is the only biz where there are no cost of living raises, as a matter of fact, they use our wages as first line of defense to save money on their end. I've had to cut things out, my rent is going up as is the norm every year, about 70 bucks (more than usual), so i've gotten rid of HBO..haha. Next, might get rid of the entire cable bill. I'm down to soup and sandwiches for the most part, when I used to love to cook. I used to collect DVDs and CDs, movie buff and music buff, but i've cut that out. I might even sell my car, that takes care of that payment and insurance. All this so I can work as an MT.
