Oh how true! Yes, it's a controlled substance. I don't have anything terminal, but literally had MS symptoms that were actually sleep deprivation, so got it from a neurologist. Works great, though! :) Funny how I have to have medicine to help me sleep and medicine to help me stay awake....the wonders of medicine!
