probably most important thing is to stick to your schedule as much as possible. Go to sleep at the same time, even on the weekends - though don't know how you're going to manage that. Be sure to take a brisk walk every day - somehow it gives you more energy. Eat as well as possible - sugar can crash your blood glucose and bring on sleep. Graze while you're working (carrot sticks). Take frequent breaks - go down and toss in a load of laundry and RUN back up the stairs. Lots of ice cold water to drink. A 20 minute power nap will do wonders too.
