Does anyone have this problem?

I need advice.  I'm a newbie and I just started doing transcription for a lady that owns her own company.  Her time zone is different from mine (she is 2hrs behind me) so when i am ready to go she is still waiting for work. If I was with a national company would I have this problems too?
