1. How about a doc who did not give complete info about potential complications from either drug or surgery? Quite common.
2. How about not even getting an Informed Consent form? It happens!
3. How about that example of yours resulting in death of patient from overdose? It happens all the time!
4. How about putting a DNR patient on life support? Can't tell you how many times I've seen that!
