I would do it just to get my foot in the door. All of us new MTs are finding out just how hard it is to find employment, even though the schools we chose to go to will not tell you this. I would gladly work for 2 weeks with no pay, but don't think the contract thing will work. But keep in mind that new MTs are finding that there is a 1 to 2 yr. experience requirement, so staying with someone who is willing to take the time to train us and give us a shot is very likely. Let's face it, if we leave before 2 years then we're still in the situation that we find ourselves in right now. I think .07 cpl would be a better starting pay since you will be training us the way you want us to do the work. We're fresh and have no MT habits. Just my thought.
